By using MarianaRE, we collect certain data necessary for the bot to function. This includes:

• Discord user ID, username, and avatar (provided by the Discord API).

• Server (guild) ID and associated settings established by administrators.

• Usage data such as commands executed, enabled modules, and server preferences.

• Virtual economy, level, and experience data if these modules are enabled on your server.

We do not collect passwords, direct payment information, or sensitive personal data beyond what Discord provides us through OAuth2.

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• Provide and customize the bot's features on your server.

• Save settings and preferences set by administrators.

• Improve the user experience and service performance.

• Detect and prevent abuse, spam, or misuse of the bot.

We do not sell, transfer, or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared with infrastructure services necessary for the bot to operate (such as databases and hosting servers).

All data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union.

A server's configuration data is automatically deleted when the bot is removed from that server.

User data (economy, levels) is retained until the user expressly requests its deletion or the server is decommissioned.

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.
