Terms and Conditions

By inviting or using MarianaRE on your Discord server, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

MarianaRE is a Discord bot designed to enhance the community experience. It is permitted to use it to:

• Manage moderation and security on your server.

• Configure welcome, economy, leveling, and other module systems.

• Use the entertainment and community management features.

It is expressly prohibited to use MarianaRE for illegal activities, mass spam, harassment, distribution of harmful content, or any use that violates Discord's Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to deny access to the service without prior notice if misuse is detected.

To access the MarianaRE dashboard you need to authenticate with your Discord account via OAuth2. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Access to the bot's administration features requires that you be the owner or an administrator of the server in question. We are not responsible for configuration changes made by third parties with access to your account.

MarianaRE only requests the Discord permissions necessary for it to function. You can review and revoke access at any time from your Discord account settings under Authorized Apps.

MarianaRE offers a free version with basic features and Premium plans with advanced security and customization features.

Payments for the Premium plan are processed securely. By making a purchase, you accept the terms of the corresponding payment platform.

Premium plans are personal in nature and tied to your Discord account. They are not transferable.

We do not offer refunds for periods already used. You can cancel your subscription at any time and will retain Premium access until the end of the paid period.

Prices may change with prior notice. Changes will not affect active subscriptions until their renewal date.

MarianaRE is provided 'as is', without guarantees of continuous availability or absence of errors. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service operational, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

We are not liable for data loss, direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

We are not responsible for actions taken by server administrators using the bot's features, nor for content generated by users on their servers.

In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months for the Premium service.
